Training Electricians
Apprenticeship
As an apprentice, you will work year-round for electrical contractors and attend classroom sessions during the academic year. As you learn by doing, you are paid directly by the contractor with whom you are employed. While progressing through the training, you receive guaranteed promotion and pay raises.

The North Alabama Electrical Training Alliance is now accepting applications for our four-year construction apprenticeship training program. We provide supervised on-the-job training and related classroom instruction, which will prepare the apprentice to become a Journeyman Wireman, fully qualified to perform the work of the trade and earn full pay for their skills.
